• 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.: Registration and shopping
• 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. : Welcome
• 6 p.m. until 7 p.m.: Dinner;

• 8:00 a.m. until 9 a.m.: Registration (for new arrivals only) and shopping

Door Prizes: Guild representatives are asked to bring at least one (1) door prize to the Gathering. Remember to select items that would appeal to a broad range of Quilters.
Freebie Table:
There will be a freebie table, and MQA would like to invite each of you to contribute an item or two to the freebie table. These items would need to be in good, working order and quilt and/or sewing related. We all have things that we used to love but not so much now. Please give these items to someone else who will newly love them. Any donated items not taken from the freebie table can be picked up Saturday afternoon before the gathering is over. .Any items not picked up will be donated.
Meal Service:
Please note that stated prices for meals include 10% tax and a 20% service charge for packaging, cutlery and service. All meals include water, tea and chips.
